Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from the pressing of olives coming from approximately 3000 typically Tuscan, olive tree varieties, all growing in the Villa Donoratico Estate. Their picking is carried out by hand and their pressing takes place the same day in order to prevent any oxidation and to obtain the best quality olive oil.

The olive oil is then filtered and kept in steel containers at a controlled temperature.

Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino.

From the end of October to the end of November, picked by hand and pressed within 24 hours.

With disc crushers and extracted through a decanter.
